Tanulmányait Debrecenben kezdte, Medgyessy Ferenc képzőművészeti szakkör tagjaként.

1961-től 1973-ig Bíró Lajos és Félegyházi László vezetése alatt.

Első sikerek: Indiai gyermekrajzverseny első helyezett

Sárospataki diákverseny második helyezés

16 évesen az Ernst múzeumban nemzetközi amatőr festők kiállításán szerepelt

1977-ben Országos főiskolai biennálén fődíjat kapott

1978-tól 1982-ig Magyar Képzőművészeti Főiskola hallgatója.

Későbbiekben Wessely Tibor útmutatásai alapján alakult ki végleges festészeti stílusa. Képeire a naturális látásmód, részletek megfigyelése, kidolgozása, harmóniára való törekvés jellemző. Érdekesen ötvözi a realitást és az impresszionista látásmód hangulatait. Bájos figurái, többalakos képei, egy - egy mozzanatot jelenítenek meg a boldog békeidők korából.

Képei a holland Jansen műkereskedőház közvetítésével kerültek forgalomba.

Festményei eljutottak Francia országba, USA-ba, Japánba, Ausztráliába.

Éva Bényi began her studies in Debrecen, as a member of the Ferenc Medgyessy Fine Arts Circle.

From 1961 to 1973 under the leadership of Lajos Bíró and László Félegyházi.

First Successes: Indian Children's Competition first place

At the age of 16 she exhibited at the Ernst Museum at the international exhibition of amateur painters

In 1977 she received a main prize at the National College Biennale

From 1978 until 1982 she was a student of the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts.

Later, according to the instructions of Tibor Wessely, her final painting style developed.

The natural vision, the observation, the elaboration of details, the pursuit of harmony are typical to her art. It combines the realities and impressionist visionary moods. Her charming figures, multidimensional images, show a momentum from the era of happy peace.

Her paintings were marketed through the Dutch Jansen art dealer.
